Carefully place your jewelry in its original presentation box and secure it within a shipping carton along with all original documentation.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the prepaid, insured shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

Inspection and Refund

Once our gemologists verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
